Aarohan Brands provides custom business solutions — including brand strategy, product development, ecommerce setup, and growth execution — to manufacturers, exporters, and founders in the fashion space.
All services are custom-scoped per project, and not offered as standard or subscription-based packages.

2. User Eligibility

Use of this site and our services is limited to individuals or businesses aged 18 and above with the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Payment Terms

All fees and payment milestones will be clearly defined in each project proposal.

• Payments must be made in full as per the agreed schedule.

• Partial refunds may apply only under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All creative outputs — including brand assets, decks, or strategies — developed by Aarohan Brands remain the intellectual property of Aarohan Brands until full payment is made.
Clients may not resell, republish, or repurpose our work without explicit written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any business-sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aarohan Brands shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these T&C at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
