Refund Policy

At Aarohan Brands, we provide bespoke brand, growth, and execution services for fashion manufacturers, exporters, and creators. Due to the high-customization and strategic nature of our work, we follow a clear refund policy as outlined below.

1. Custom Projects & Services
Each engagement is tailored to your specific business goals, and thus is non-transferable or reusable.

50% of the project fee is refundable only if cancellation is requested at least 15 days prior to the agreed project kickoff date.

No refunds will be issued if cancellation is requested within 15 days of kickoff or after the project has commenced.
2. Workshops, Audits, and One-Time Deliverables
Standalone audits, playbooks, or diagnostic sessions are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
If you believe an error has occurred, reach out within 5 days of delivery for review.

3. No Subscription Plans
Aarohan Brands does not operate on monthly or auto-renewing subscription models. All service engagements are custom-scoped and billed as one-time or milestone-based projects.

4. Exceptions & Final Decision
Refunds may be considered in rare circumstances involving service failure on our end, subject to internal review. The final decision rests with Aarohan Brands.
